Svbony SV220 1.25" Dual Narrowband H-Alpha OIII Filter for CMOS Cameras

SV220 Dual-Band 1.25 inches telescope filter. Product image shows the filter with a night sky and telescope in the background.

The filter is suitable for those astronomers who are already imaging using color cameras and don't want to transition to a monochrome camera set. Use the SV220 Dual Band Filter to help you view clearer deep sky images.

Duo-Band OSC Filter lens for astrophotography, shown against starry sky background. Demonstrates light pollution reduction for celestial imaging.

SV220 telescope filter can help us to dealing with light pollution that is becoming more and more prevalent

The higher the OD, the cleaner the filter cut-off

Designed to sharply cut off inference of artificial light

Ability to Photograph in moonlit conditions

Block urban light pollution

Enhance the light at H-Alpha (656nm) and OIII (500nm) wavelength. With a bandwidth of ±3.5nm centred on the 656nm and 500nm wavelength of Hα and OIII, for a total of 7nm. Effectively passes Hα and OIII light, resulting in clearer images. Suitable for imaging emission nebulae (not for imaging reflection nebula)

Astronomical filter with wavelength specifications for H-alpha 656.3nm & OIII 500.7nm, showing filter unit and corresponding spectral graph.

  • Dual narrowband telescope filter; duo band filter passes light at Hα 656nm and OIII 500nm wavelength; reduce the interference from natural light sources such as moonlight or artificial light pollution
  • 1.25" standard interface; Svbony SV220 can be used with all astronomy cameras and Electronic Filter Wheels or other telescope accessories; help improve the contrast and visibility of deep sky objects such as emission nebulae using a OSC camera
  • Astrophotography; this Svbony filter enhances contrast during visual observation of gaseous and planetary nebulae in all sky conditions; allows high-contrast imaging even in areas with strong light pollution
  • Improving contrast; central wave length reach 500.7nm; an increase in contrast can be perceived as an increase in brightness; SV220 nebula filter makes the contrast of the nebula and sky background increase not the nebula bright
  • Easy to use; SV220 dual-band filter makes it possible to simplify and decrease the difficulty and cumbersomeness of post-processing for users
  • Aluminum alloy rim; SV220 light pollution filter can be fitted to all kinds of astrophotography instruments; with a black matte finish to reduce glare and ghost image
  • Multi Resistant Coated; strong resistance to stains water and scratches; effective in extending the life of the filter
