Shipping delay

From the 11th of July until the 24th of July 2026 we will be suspending all shipping for orders placed during this period with fullfilment resuming on the 25th of July. This is while we undertake maintenance and building works to our workshop.

Customers can still place orders with us during the time, however we won't be able to fullfil them until the 25th July onward. We will work through any backlog of orders as quickly as possible.

Apologies for any inconveniece this may cause while we upgrade our facilities.

EU Customers - We are now a registered IOSS.

The EU, from the 1st of July, have changed the way that import duties are calculated and all sellers from outside the EU now need to comply with this.

In order to serve our EU customers better we have now registered as an IOSS (Internet One Stop Shop), what this means is that the price you pay at checkout now includes all appropriate VAT and Duty charges for your country, meaning no nasty surprises once your package is delivered. You cart will display the retail price ex VAT, the VAT charge for your country, the shipping charge and any duty which must be paid, in most cases this will be 3 Euro (not included in VAT calculations), and the total cost.

All shipments into the EU below 150 Euro now attract a 3 euro flat rate fee per Customs code, not per item, in the order. So ordering 3 x Dwarf 3 Kits would attract a 3 euro duty charge. Only is an additional item in an order has a different customs code would an additional duty payment be required.
