IMPORTANT NOTE FOR NON UK CUSTOMERS

UK VAT of 20% is not charged on items shipped internationally.

As such any import duties or VAT/Sales Tax, if requested from your relevant Customs Office, is the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure what those rates may be then please contact your local Customs Office for clarification. 

Please note that Royal Mail endeavour along with their international partners to have packages with customers within 6-7 Business Days (Mon - Fri). They do however reserve the right to allow up to 25 Business Days after the expected delivery date for packages to be delivered before they and their international partners, usually the national mail service within the customers country, before they will consider a package as lost or entertain an insurance claim. 

While it is extremely rare for this to happen it is possible, they are also unable to account for things such as extreme weather conditions or industrial action, for example, which may further impact delivery times.

 

UK Orders
Orders will be shipped either by 2nd Class Mail or Royal Mail Tracked 24.
