26th August 2025 - Shipping to the USA resumed shortly but new charges have been imposed.

** NOTICE FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE USA **

Royal Mail have now re-started service to the USA, however under new postal rules implemented by the current US administration, all orders, irrespective of value, will now incur a 10% customs duty based on the value of the item/s being shipped, plus a fixed handling fee of £0.50p. Royal Mails shipping charges have remained the same, so in most cases, where we were charging £11.70 for shipping (up to 250g) that will now look like the following:

Royal Mail International Tracked £11.70 (depending on location within US)

Customs and Duties charges
10% of order value ( e.g. order is £25.00) £2.50
Handling fee (irrespective of value of package) £0.50

Total postage costs (including customs and duties) - £14.70 (for this example)

It is unclear whether there may be regional sales tax (depending on state) due on any packages too.

We will now begin to look into shipping options to the USA on each of our online platforms, this site (Shoppify), Etsy, and eBay.
